About Murbiha
Murbiha Company is a private investment office, headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to manage the wealth of Dr. Abdulaziz AlMashal and family. Murbiha manages domestic as well as international assets across a range of traditional and alternative asset classes. The aim is to capitalize on existing assets and achieve long-term advancement through disciplined investments.
Our mandate is to build an institution that will not only aim for superior investment results but also leave a legacy to realize multigenerational goals and ambitions. Murbiha is a platform committed to excellence in all aspects.

Founder – Dr. Abdulaziz Hamad Almashal
Dr. Abdulaziz has had a long and successful career as a capital market investor & trader since 1980s. He is a disciplined investor with exemplary investment acumen. Over multiple decades, he consistently spotted value creating opportunities and deployed capital efficiently.
Dr. Abdulaziz also invested early in real estate including in the city of Makkah, Saudi Arabia. His early mover advantage was instrumental in developing a sizable real estate portfolio in strategic locations.
Dr. Abdulaziz has, in the past, served on the Boards of several listed companies in Saudi Arabia. Dr Abdulaziz holds a PhD in Islamic Law and was a Professor at Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, for over 2 decades

Duration
We neither work with a pre-defined exit time nor have redemption pressures. Proprietary capital enables us to take a long term view, allowing partners to execute on their strategies. We are opportunistic but our favourite holding period is forever.

We partner with external managers when their strategies complement Murbiha’s portfolio. Murbiha’s private Investments comprise direct investments in regional / global companies and participation as Limited Partner with best in class external managers. We partner with external mangers across private equity, venture capital and co-investments to back promising entrepreneurs executing transformational business ideas. Private investments aim to capture illiquidity premium and generate superior long-term returns uncorrelated with capital market volatility.
